Devon Henry is a successful entrepreneur– managing a portfolio of companies in construction and logistics. With over 20 years of leading and building organizations, he is currently the CEO & President of Team Henry Enterprises, LLC, a nationally recognized contracting enterprise based in Richmond, VA. Devon has become the premier “go-to” professional for the removal and relocation of massive 19th-century bronze sculptures. His company was hired to remove over 23 Confederate statues across the Southeastern U.S. Devon is a sought-after board member in both the not-for-profit and corporate sectors,
serving on several boards and committee including the Board of Directors for Village Bank and Trust Financial Corp (NASDAQ:VBFC), Norfolk State University, HBCU - Rector (Gubernatorial appointee), Bon Secours Mercy Health Foundation (Vice Chairman), Venture Richmond, Transportation DBE Advisory Committee (Past Chairman), Virginia March of Dimes (Past Chairman), Metropolitan Business League (Past Chairman), Young President's Organization (YPO) and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc (26th Eastern Regional Director).
A distinguished orator, Devon has garnered national acclaim throughout his speaking career, engaging audiences across the United States with his eloquent speeches and thought-provoking insights on entrepreneurship, leading through uncertainty, dismantling confederate statues, and erecting counter monuments.
Devon has been the recipient of countless awards and recognition, to include Entrepreneur of the Year from The Metropolitan Business League, American Express’s Government Contractor of the Year, CVMSDC’s Supplier of the Year and Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities 2022 Humanitarian award.

Devon received his BS in Biology from Norfolk State University, where he was elected as a Distinguished Alumni in 2013. He has received Executive Education from The University of Richmond, Robbins School of Business, Tuck Business School at Dartmouth, and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. Committed to giving back, Devon created an endowment at Norfolk State University that provides scholarships to in-bound NSU students majoring in STEM-related fields.
Utilizing his expertise to help repurpose history, in 2022, Devon founded CryptoFederacy.com– a community rooted in creating NFT artwork and NFT Moments that give back to the underserved communities most impacted by Confederate ideology. CryptoFederacy’s mission is to bring social activism into the world of Web3 by creating innovative NFT Art projects and initiatives that educate individuals and organizations about Web3 opportunities and how to generate revenue to address critical economic and social issues across the United States.
