Staff Engagement
Staff Engagement is the foundation on which you build all other experiences in your institution. Institutions with happy and engaged staff tend to achieve better results, have higher rates of positive customer feedback, and lower rates of turnover. Dedicating time and energy to significantly improving your staff engagement now will save time and money spent in the long run on hiring and training, drastically improve your workplace culture, and increase organizational buy-in on all levels.
What to expect
When you hire the Visitor Experience Group to help institute these improvements in your institution, we will sit down with you to work out a schedule and come up with a plan tailored to your organization's mission, staff, and needs. While each consulting experience is customized to the client, generally speaking this experience will include:
-
Initial meeting where we discuss your goals for your consulting experience
-
We develop a plan for your organization
-
Plan approval
-
Site Visits
-
Staff Interviews
-
Policy and procedure review
-
Onsite training
-
